Our Story

About Austin Quilting

A passion for quilting, a commitment to quality, and a love for helping quilters bring their visions to life.

Our Passion

A Love for the Craft

Quilting has always been more than a hobby — it's a way to create something lasting, to take pieces of fabric and transform them into heirlooms that tell a story. At Austin Quilting, we built our business around that belief: that every quilt deserves a beautiful, professional finish.

We started longarm quilting after years of piecing our own quilt tops and struggling with the finishing process. Wrestling a king-sized quilt through a domestic machine is every quilter's challenge — and we knew there had to be a better way. A longarm machine changed everything for us, and we've been passionate about sharing that advantage with other quilters ever since.

Today we work with quilters across Austin and ship quilts nationwide. Whether you've made a simple donation quilt or an intricate heirloom, we approach every project with the same care and attention to detail that we'd want for our own.
